The legal limit is a maximum 50% VLT (Visible Light Transmission) for front side windows and the windscreen. Rear windows can be darker. ZGuard advises the correct VLT for each window position on your specific vehicle before installation.

Ceramic tint uses ceramic nano-particles to block infrared heat and UV radiation — without the metal or dye used in cheaper films. A full vehicle tint typically takes 3–5 hours. After installation, keep your windows fully closed for 3–5 days while the film cures completely. Avoid rolling down the windows during this curing period.
